It seems like I've been working continuously on this website for about four days now, but I believe I now have the Southern Great Lakes Symphony website at some sort of temporary completion.
I had a few major hurdles with this site, it's not perfect, but it's better. First I took everything that was originally updated in FrontPage and cleaned up the code in Dreamweaver. That wasn't too hard with some FrontPage migration extensions I found for Dreamweaver. The 'Clean Up FrontPage HTML Sitewide' extension is awesome at getting rid of the crap code that FrontPage spits out. Then I migrated everything to CSS, I tried to keep the site design the same, mostly because I didn't want to spend too much time redesigning everything...at least not right now. After that it was just a matter of cutting and pasting into my new CSS template, and making some minor tweaks here and there. There's things I'm not happy with, but overall I'm happy there's a format now.
