If you want me to login using a username then ask me to type in a username. If you want me to login using an email address, then ask me to type in my email address. If you want me to login with an email address but ask for a username, don't expect me to get it right the first time I try it.
And Comcast, this is just plain stupid:
Don't you think you could've saved us both some time by just asking for my email address and not confusing me even more with username + small print message that I'm not going to read until after I've failed one time?
